Terms and Conditions

Event Attendance Waiver and Release Policy

Policy is effective on the date of the event and for all events occurring at Walter Studios, 747 W Roosevelt St, Phoenix, AZ 85007 (Walter Studios).

Applies to: All events organized, hosted, or operated by Walter Productions LLC (“the Organizer”).

By entering the event premises or participating in any activity organized by the Organizer, all attendees (including but not limited to ticket holders, guests, performers, staff, volunteers, and vendors) acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Attendance implies acceptance of this waiver and release policy in full.

1. Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, you acknowledge that your presence and participation are voluntary and may expose you to certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • The use of lasers, strobe lights, and other visual effects that may cause discomfort or health issues (e.g., for those with epilepsy or photosensitivity),
  • The use of fog, haze, and smoke machines, which may affect individuals with asthma or respiratory conditions,
  • Loud audio levels, which may cause hearing discomfort or damage,
  • Trip, slip, or fall hazards, including but not limited to cables, uneven flooring, staging, low lighting, vehicle displays, interactive art displays, and temporary structures, and
  • Crowded or confined spaces, and potential for accidental contact with others.

Attendees assume full responsibility for any injuries, medical conditions, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of attending the event.

2. General Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Walter Productions LLC, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, venue operators, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death,
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property,
  • Exposure to environmental or physical hazards, and
  • Event cancellation, postponement, or modification.

This waiver applies regardless of whether the incident arises from negligence or otherwise, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. Health and Safety Notice

All attendees are responsible for monitoring their own health and safety. If you have any condition that may be triggered by lights, sound, crowds, fog, or other special effects, you are strongly advised not to attend, or to take necessary precautions (e.g., ear protection, face masks, alerting staff).

If you require assistance, please notify a staff member or security personnel.

4. Children and Vulnerable Persons

Most events have age limitations which will be enforced. Parents, guardians, and caregivers are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of any minors or vulnerable persons under their care while attending the event.

5. Entry Implies Consent

By entering the event premises:

  • You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release policy,
  • You understand that no signature is required for this policy to be effective, and
  • You agree to comply with all safety instructions, signage, and directions from staff or security.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not attend the event.

Media Release Policy

Policy is effective on the date of the event and for all events occurring at Walter Studios, 747 W Roosevelt St, Phoenix, AZ 85007 (Walter Studios).

By entering and participating in any event, activity, or location organized, sponsored, or operated by Walter Productions LLC (“the Organization”), all individuals (including but not limited to attendees, participants, speakers, volunteers, and staff) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Media Release Policy.

1. Consent to Be Recorded

By being present at an event, program, or location where this policy is in effect, you consent to the capture of your image, voice, and likeness through photography, audio, or video recording (collectively, “Media”). This includes any live-streaming, photography, video or audio recording undertaken by the Organization or its authorized representatives.

2. Use of Media

You grant the Organization the unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, publish, broadcast, and otherwise exploit the Media in any format or medium, now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

Commercial use (e.g., marketing, advertising, sponsorship materials)

Educational content

Promotional campaigns

Social media, websites, and publications

Press and media coverage

3. No Compensation

You understand that you will receive no financial compensation or rights of ownership or inspection in connection with the use of the Media. The Organization has sole discretion regarding how the Media is used.

4. Opt-Out Procedure

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify event staff or media personnel on-site and take reasonable steps to avoid areas where filming or photography is taking place. The Organization will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media.

5. Media Created by Attendees

Participants are welcome to create and share their own recordings or images from events for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise stated. However, commercial use of such media must receive prior written approval from the Organization.

Refund Policy

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Support lineup subject to change. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, within five days of the scheduled event date, you must email your order information to help@seetickets.us to request your refund. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
