Where are you located?
You can find us on the southwest corner of 7th Avenue & Roosevelt St in downtown Phoenix. Our address is 747 W Roosevelt Street, Phoenix AZ 85007.
We’re nestled right in the middle of the historic Roosevelt & Grand neighborhoods – we ask our friends to please keep this in mind and be respectful of our neighbors with parking, litter and noise when you come to play.
Is Walter Studios 21+?
We invite friends of all ages to come play! On most event days, the event space becomes 21+ after 9:00pm.
Do I need a ticket to come in?
Only if you plan on coming to a party where a ticket is required, which is usually only in Studio A or Blue Bar. No ticket is needed for the restaurant, lounge, etc.
Where do I go if I’m coming to a party?
The box office & entrance are located through the patio entrance on the east side of the building along 7th Ave.
What forms of ID are accepted?
Passports, passport cards, or state-issued driver’s licenses/ID cards are all acceptable forms of identification! ADOT Mobile IDs are accepted with digital verification inside the app. We are not accepting Mobile IDs via Apple Wallet at this time.
Does my bag need to be clear?
No, but no backpacks or large bags are permitted during parties and all others will be searched before entry to any events.
What can’t I bring?
No weapons. No large bags or backpacks during parties. No illegal stuff. No illegal drugs. No cameras with detachable lenses. No liquids. No bad attitudes. No pet dragons unless they’re well trained and won’t bite.
What should I wear?
Whatever you want – dress to express! (But due to health code we have to ask that you do wear a shirt & shoes)
Do you have a coat check?
Not at this time.

Is there parking nearby?
Being downtown, we have very limited parking available during events and strongly encourage using rideshare or Valley Metro as our lot can fill up super fast. Please be mindful of our neighbors and avoid parking in front of their homes.
Where is the best spot for rideshare to drop me off/pick me up?
Use 747 W Roosevelt Street as the address – for drop-off have your driver enter through the south lot entrance via McKinley Street.
Can I get there via public transit?
You bet! We’re a ½ mile, 12 minute walk from the Roosevelt + Central Ave light rail stop. If you’re taking the bus, use stop #10731 and it’ll drop you off right out front!
Can I show my ticket on my phone, or do I have to print it?
Use your phone and save the trees!
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will be available at the door unless the party is sold out – Please note, the box office closes at 1:45 AM or earlier depending on the event time.
Pro-tip: Tickets are cheaper online (& before the day of the show!)

Do you have food?

Am I allowed to bring outside food & drink?
Feel free to bring an empty water bottle or hydration pack to refill at our water stations. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
Can I smoke inside?
We ask that you step outside before lighting up!
Can you post the set times?
We don’t post set times because they are subject to change. You can bet the party will be rockin’ all night long!
Can I bring my dog?
Pooches are welcome on the patio and your service dog may come on in.
Is Walter Studios wheelchair accessible?
You bet!
I can’t make it anymore – could I get a refund?
If you’re *sure* you can’t make it, gift your tickets to a friend! At this time, we aren’t offering refunds on ticket orders.
